Terms of service
erms and Conditions
These terms govern the customer’s purchase of goods from NoJu (Trivo Sweden AB, Org. No. 559216-9097). The terms apply to all sales from NoJu unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
Product Information
Product details are readily available on the NoJu website. Visit the specific product page for detailed information.
Orders
After placing an order, we will send an order confirmation to the provided email address. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information is correct.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT and shipping. NoJu reserves the right to change prices and terms without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order. NoJu reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Payment
Payment is made using the payment method selected at checkout. The payment solution is provided by Klarna in collaboration with partners. Card payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Your card is charged immediately.
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice and installment payment options. This service is based on a one-time credit that allows for simple and secure payment via invoice or installments. More information and full terms of Klarna’s payment options are available at klarna.se. Invoices have a 14-day payment term and are sent to your registered address after purchase.
To use this service, you must be resident in Sweden and at least 18 years old at the time of purchase. This payment option is only available for private individuals. Klarna performs a credit check when you purchase, which involves obtaining a credit report. Credit reports obtained by Klarna do not affect your credit rating and are not visible to other parties such as banks. Late or missed payments may incur reminder fees and interest on overdue amounts.
Delivery
Orders placed outside of regular business hours or on weekends will be processed by the next business day at the latest. NoJu reserves the right to adjust delivery times without prior notice. Products are normally shipped within 1–2 business days, but delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons. Products are delivered free of charge via standard mail with PostNord AB.
Orders within the EU are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning all applicable import taxes and customs duties are included in the sales price. For orders outside the EU, prices are excluding VAT. Products shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT and customs duties upon arrival, which the buyer is responsible for. Please note that NoJu has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amounts. For questions regarding VAT or customs duties, contact your local customs authority.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase and return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns may be sent via standard mail but must be securely sealed. Please send your return to:
NoJu / Trivo Sweden AB
Terminalgatan 9
232 61 Arlöv
Sweden
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Notify us of your return and the reason by emailing info@noju.se.
If a package is not collected from the delivery point within six days, or if incorrect delivery information is provided, the package will be automatically returned and the buyer will be charged a shipping fee of 45 SEK. The remaining order value will be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact both NoJu and Klarna regarding returns or missing items to avoid additional fees. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received.
Note: If you receive a damaged product, do not return it. Contact us instead.
Complaints
If there are any defects or issues with the products, contact us at noju.swe@hotmail.com. Please attach a photo of the damage. Notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the product. For approved complaints, we will immediately replace the product.
In the event of a dispute, NoJu follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).
Force Majeure
Events such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, supplier delivery failures, illness, import bans, and other circumstances—whether affecting NoJu or its suppliers—that could not have been foreseen may be considered Force Majeure. This exempts NoJu from the obligation to fulfill entered agreements.
