Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Withdrawal Right

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return unopened items within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Return Costs

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please notify us of your return and the reason by emailing info@noju.se.


Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected from the delivery point within six days, or if incorrect delivery details are provided, the package will be automatically returned to us. In such cases, the buyer will be charged a shipping fee of 45 SEK.


Refunds of Remaining Order Value

The remaining order value will be refunded. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received.


Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please do not return it. Contact us directly instead.


Complaints

If there are any faults or issues with the products, please contact us at info@noju.se and we will resolve the matter in the best possible way.
